Defective Items

Notice something wrong? No worries! Shoes that are found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturers' defect can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please send us an email with your order number to CustomerService@HooFamily.com with a detailed description of the defect, along with pictures.
A customer service member will review and be in contact with you. If the return is approved you will receive an email with a return shipping label. If a refund is requested, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method once the return is received and processed. If an exchange is requested, a new item will be shipped once we receive your return, provided we have that item in stock. If not, you can exchange for a different item of the same value.
